My name is Paul Brown and I am a Humanistic Integrative Psychotherapist based in Nottingham. My passion is supporting people to live out their best possible life.

The relationship I build with my clients provides the safety and acceptance they need to support their change and healing. I regularly engage in my personal and professional development and attend clinical supervision to reflect on my practice. 

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP), adhering to its ethical code of practice.

As well as having over ten years of experience as a practitioner and therapist working with addictive processes resulting from relational trauma, I have completed numerous relevant academic qualifications, including a BSc (Hons) in Humanistic and Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy.

I offer individual therapy, couples therapy and process group facilitation.

The way I work
I practice how I live, authentically and with honesty. My approach to therapy is relational. Healing occurs within the therapeutic relationship and through effective strategies that address whatever is holding you back in your life.

My goal is always to understand you and to know how it feels to walk in your shoes. Using a dynamic approach, tailored to you and your needs, we will explore your experience together.
